Important Notice: B3CAFE Standalone Version Server Shutdown Permanently & Server Relocation and Maintenance

Dear B3 Clients,

 

Based on our statistics report, MCO has caused 80% of B3CAFE Standalone Version clients closing down their business. After careful consideration on all the pros and cons, B3 Technology PLT has decided to stop the renewal on B3CAFE Standalone Version server, with 31 August 2020 as the final date of service. B3CAFE Standalone Version will no longer can be used on 1st September 2020 and onwards.

 

As our multiple servers continued to operate during the MCO period, it has caused overloading and overly high cost issues, we have no choice but to stop the renewal on B3CAFE Standalone Version server, and relocate the B3CAFE Cloud/Chain Version server back to Malaysia.

 

B3CAFE Standalone Version has provided service with no annual fees for more than 10 years, if conditions permit, we will definitely insist on continuing provide this service. However, due to the pandemic impact we have no choice and are forced to make this decision, we apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciated your kind understanding and support!

 

No worries!  We will provide customers free upgrade from B3CAFE Standalone Version to B3CAFE Cloud/Chain Version! Customers do not need to repurchase B3CAFE Cloud Version as we can help you to directly upgrade B3CAFE Cloud/Chain Version, customers will only require to contact us and make payment for Cloud/Chain fees.

 

Kindly contact us ASAP to upgrade and proceed with Cloud payment (Cloud Billing is for 1st September 2020 onwards), at the same time, B3CAFE Standalone Version will no longer can be used starting 1st September 2020.   

 

Server Relocation and Maintenance (18 Aug 2020)

As part of our continuous commitment to provide better services to all our valued clients, please be informed that we will be carrying out server relocation and maintenance at 18 August 2020, 8am – 11am. (Server relocate to Cyberjaya)

Who will be affected?

  • B3CAFE Chain Version cannot be used temporary during this period from 8am – 11am.

 

  • B3CAFE Cloud Version’s Cloud service is temporary disabled. Customer can still continue to use B3CAFE Cloud Version during this period, but the Cloud function will be temporary disabled.

 

Important Note

  • Customers are required to restart (off and on) the B3CAFE after 11am in order to sync with the server.

We will be continuously introduce new features soon, such as E-MEMBER, QR Code login, Face ID login and eWallet topup (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, Grabpay) etc.
