【Final Reminder】- Free Upgrade to Cloud Version only before 01/09/2020 & Server Maintenance rescheduled to 18 August 2020(Tuesday)

Dear B3 Clients,

Please be reminded that our Server Relocation and Maintenance has been rescheduled to 18 August 2020, 8am -11am. (Because 20 August 2020 is public holiday) Customers are required to restart (off and on) the B3CAFE after 11am in order to sync with the server.

  • B3CAFE Standalone Version: All B3CAFE without cloud/chain features are standalone version, which will no longer can be used on 01/09/2020 and onwards. Please contact us ASAP for free upgrade (Upgrade is free and customers do not need to repurchase B3CAFE only before 01/09/2020), and proceed to make payment for Cloud fee (1 year/2 years). Upgrading process may take up to 3 days, kindly arrange your time accordingly!
  • B3CAFE Chain Version cannot be used temporary during this period from 8am – 11am, please stop using temporarily to avoid any data loss.
  • B3CAFE Cloud Version’s Cloud service is temporary disabled. Customer can still continue to use B3CAFE Cloud Version during this period, but the Cloud function will be temporary disabled.

For customers who have not contact us yet to upgrade to B3CAFE Cloud Version, contact us ASAP!
