B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT’s Rights
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT is not responsible for any issues or losses caused by customers’ installation of third party contents or any unauthorized modification made to our products and services.
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT does not guarantee that you will have access to the products and services at all times. You may experience interruptions to the products and services and B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT will not liable to you if you suffer loss or damage as a result of these interruptions.
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT reserves the right to terminate or suspend customers’ access to the products and services as deemed necessary or as per violation to this Terms & Policies with or without notice.
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue any of the products and services at any time, with or without notice.
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations herein caused by acts of God, insurrection, war, act of terrorism, local or national emergencies, requirements or government or other competent authorities, industrial disputes of any kind, fire, lightning, explosions, flood, inclement weather, subsidence, acts or omissions of third party, computer software malfunction, electrical power failure and/or interruption of network or any cause outside B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT’s reasonable control.
Customers must ensure to perform any updates of products and services to its latest version whenever available. B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT shall not responsible for any issues or service interruption that customers encountered due to outdated versions of the products and services.
B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT reserves the right to forfeit/not refund any forms of Deposits, Advance Payment, or monthly/annual fees provided by the customers.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT, our affiliates, employees, managers and agents in full against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, demands, actions, penalties and costs, arising out of or in connection with customers’ access or use of B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT’s products and services, negligence, or any omission, act or breach of this Terms & Policies by customers or any other person using his/her account (whether or not expressly authorized by customers).
Assignment
Customers are not permitted to assign or novate any, or any part, of the rights or obligations under the Terms & Policies to any party, without B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT’s prior written consent.

The content in the products and services of B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT are protected by copyright, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights and other relevant laws of Malaysia. Any content of the products and services of B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, published, displayed, broadcasted, stored, adapted, licensed, altered, hyperlinked or otherwise used in any manner or any means without B3 TECHNOLOGY PLT’s prior written consent.
Governing Law
By accessing and using our products and services, customers agree that such access and/or use, as well as this Terms & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
